Santa Cruz Vet Specialty Customer Service Representative (Day and Swing)
Pacific and Santa Cruz Veterinary Specialists Client Service Representative:
Exciting opportunities available to join a busy 24/7 Emergency and specialty practice. At PSCVS we have 10 plus emergency doctors, 2 criticalists, 4 board certified surgeons, 3 internal medicine doctors, 1 oncologists and a part time cardiologists. If you love advocating for patients as much as our team does, as well as learning new things daily (we always have interesting cases) then we are the team for you. Take a walk on your lunch down to the park or a short drive to the beach where you can sit, enjoy the sun and take time for yourself. Our client service representatives play a vital role in establishing and maintaining a productive relationship between the hospital and clients. Acting as a link between clients and the medical team, the client service representative communicates with clients and assists them, in person and over the phone, in financial transactions, appointment scheduling, and other tasks in response to the client's needs. The client service representative may also contact clients to pass on communications from medical staff or to follow up on previous chains of communications. Being a client service representative is a challenging and rewarding job. You are the first person to engage with the clients as well as they last. The CSR leaves a lasting impression on our clients and helps to build the patient client bond with our practice.

The ideal candidate would have previous veterinary experience, must be able to work a weekend shift, have excellent communication skills even when dealing with difficult situations.
