Eric is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, specializing in multi-site enterprises and strategic growth. As CEO of PetVet, he is focused on expanding the company’s reach, enhancing operational excellence, and fostering a strong culture of collaboration and innovation.

Passionate about people and organizational culture, Eric believes that success starts with engaged teams and a shared commitment to excellence. He is dedicated to creating an environment where veterinary professionals thrive, enabling them to deliver exceptional care to pets and their families.

With a strong background in scaling organizations and forming strategic partnerships, Eric has led businesses through significant growth and transformation. He holds a BBA in Marketing and an MBA in Finance from The University of Houston.

Gino Volpacchio founded PetVet Care Centers in 2012, bringing extensive leadership experience to the pet care industry. A visionary in veterinary practice acquisitions, Gino has built a network of high-quality centers by ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships for both sellers and buyers.

His expertise in structuring acquisitions provided veterinarians with tailored solutions that honored their legacy while securing a strong future for their practices.
