Office Assistant
PetVet Care Centers is a vibrant, growing network committed to veterinary excellence in each of our local hospitals, and seeks to add the best and brightest professionals to our support team.
We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to provide office/facilities support within the corporate headquarters, with a specialized focus within Total Rewards.
*Please note this is an on-site position. This person must be able to work from our Westport, CT Home Office 5 days a week*
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Front Desk: Greeting visitors at Front Desk, ensuring visitor log and access badge are accurate and secure
- Supplies: Maintains supplies, including ordering supplies and restocking kitchens; Manages Staples and Amazon accounts
- Mail: Opening, sorting and routing mail and inbound packages to appropriate teams, maintaining postage meter, transporting mail to post office when necessary
- Catering: Orders food for internal meetings or events, and coordinates scheduling, booking venues and set up/clean.
- Facilities/Security: Primary liaison with building manager on facilities work orders and requests
- Total Rewards: Reviews and audits a variety of monthly and quarterly inbound/outbound reports, monitors invoices and error reports; Supports data updates and uploads into HR system of record
- Other: Other duties and special projects as assigned
